Terms of Service
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.
1. Who we are
Consultants Page ("the Service", available at consultantspage.com) is operated by Consultants Page("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and the business or person that creates an account ("you"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
2. The Service
Consultants Page is web-based software for consultancies to manage students, applications, leads, invoices, staff and branches. We provide it as a subscription; nothing is installed or shipped.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.
4. Free trial
New accounts start on a free trial for the period shown on our pricing page. No card is needed for the trial. When it ends the account is paused until you choose a paid plan; your data is kept.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown when you subscribe.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated and collected by Paddle where required.
- If you change plan, the difference is charged or credited straight away on a pro-rata basis.
- We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renew on the Subscription page inside the CRM. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
- upload content you have no right to store, or malware;
- try to access other customers' data or break the Service's security;
- resell or copy the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after warning you where we reasonably can.
8. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. We only use it to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or ask us to delete it at any time.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and back up data regularly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance will be kept short and announced where possible.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the CRM before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
